There is a total of six gangs ever on the site, each has one "Alpha" that has supreme rule of each gang. These are the following Alpha's of the site:

A little info on each gang

All Shall Perish
This gang has always been led by Wings family line, his father ruled it under the name Fury of Desperation (Desperation) and named the gang As Blood Runs Black. But reccently Wings has viciously killed his father in a fight and taken over the gang, it has now been renamed "All Shall Perish" by its new, ruthless leader. This gang is the most powerful in the city and a hard ally to make. They are also a very hostile gang to all the city and are merciless against their enemies.

Under the Zodiac
Formed moons ago by a formidable tabby and white tom called Orion the Hunter(Orion), this gang bases their survival off of astronomy, astrology and the stars above. They somewhat worship the stars, and rely on spiritual signs and the trusting of fate to light their path. This makes them strong both mentally and physically. This sort of religion is something that the Zodiac cats stand by with unrivaled loyalty, and they will fiercely defend their beliefs at all costs. Zodiac is lead currently under the strong, harsh but fair rule of Capricorn of Constellations(Capricorn), Orion's grandson.

The Darkened Shadows
This gang has been led by Shadow's family as long as any one can ever remember. It has always been the most welcoming and nice gang, but when Shadow's father, the alpha passes away, things are about to change. Shadow changes the name from 'Souls of the past' to Darkened shadows (after his name) and makes a great change in the rules. The gang has gone from nice to beyond evil.

Sister-Gangs

What's a sister-gang?
A sister gang is a gang that is allied with another gang, they have their own ranks and leaders but help each other in times of need. They will also share resources when they must and help with each others battle. Occasionally they will visit each other as "Honored Guests" and also have gang meetings together. When visiting the others territory each gang member is respected their due for their rank.

Current Sister-Gangs
There are currently no bonds joining any of the gangs together, so therefore no Sister-Gangs are joint. All gangs are currently set as hostile towards each other.

Joining

Joining a Gang
You can usuaully do it by simply making a bio with them having had a history in the gang, in that case they MUST have a gang name, usually part of a short sentance like "Brook where small fish swim (brook)" or "Wings of Vengeance (Wings)". If you are planning on having a foreigner history then you must IC meet the gang Alphas.

On first arrival
On arriving A. it is very unadvisable to walk into the middle of territory, be careful where you walk. B. be polite and watch for ranks, insult someone high up and you've basically ruined your chances of joining. The Alpha is the one you seek to win, win them over and you're in the safe.

Rank
Whenever you join a gang you are a new arrival and are given the rank "Assessement". On this rank you are not quite a member but can partake in the usual gang activities. You have no rank and are therefore the least respected cat, at the bottom of the food chain, basically. Each gang has a different way that you must prove yourself to leave this rank.
