Past Sins Undone

Past- adj.

Gone by or elapsed in time: It was a bad time, but it's all past now.

Undone- verb

1. to reverse the doing of; cause to be as if never done: Murder once done can never be undone.
2. to do away with; erase; efface: to undo the havoc done by the storm.
3. to bring to ruin or disaster; destroy: In the end his lies undid him.
4. to unfasten by releasing: to undo a gate; to undo a button.

Frame

Sin is a muscular young tom, with a fair build. You'd find this tom just as easily stepping lithe and silent through the city as you would trampling down a trespassing cat. No, he isn't huge, or even large, for that matter; mostly just muscular. Staying fit is one of Sin's most persistent habits, and he drives his body to it's limits. Broad shoulders and large paws are not overly noticeable, and you might just find this tom immensely attractive... most she-cats do.

Pelt

Sin boasts of the oddest pelts seen. The base color is ebony... or maybe ivory. No one has ever been truly sure. Large torrents of white run over his disheveled pelt like water poured over the ebony base. Like most black cats, a large strip of white forms under his chin, running across his underbelly to the base of the tom's tail. Although, as if to counter that, a strip of black taints the ivory strip, running only under his stomach. White socks can be found encasing Sin's four paws, pure and snowy, although the beginning lengths differ. Even where white is not the dominant color, it's traces still show. Small white hairs are found all over his body, visible against the raven black. These are more common near the large areas of white, but can be found anywhere.

Facial Features

A thick neck coiled with muscle leads to a neat head, with nicely rounded ears that could be classified as a bit on the small side. Slanted eyes and sharply chiseled features give the cat an exotic look. The even darker black rimmed eyes are a piercing green color, seeming almost unconsciously to burn through the outer appearance to the soul beneath. Pearly whiskers sprout from each side of his mouth, longer than most. The sensitive whiskers can also be found atop Sin's head, mounted directly above the piercing eyes. A white chin with a black dot in the center make for an interesting sight, as well as the upside down V that is printed in white atop his muzzle. The nose of this tom is also ebony.

Such a personality has probably never been spirited into form.

Generally a good and sweet tom, his personality has been warped into something unseen of by his past. Of course, if you dug down deep enough, you would still find the kind tom. In fact, you actually wouldn't have to dig very deep. in tries to be good, and just and fair, but he's cautious, a bit to cautious for some's liking.

A road best not traveled on

One of these would be his physical habits. A bit of a mix between anorexia and being a work-a-holic, I guess. Apparently he is never fit enough. Although known for his battle prowess and peaked physical condition, he pushes his body to the limits each day with a grueling schedule. He volunteers for every hunting patrol or border patrol possible, trying to deprive himself of any time to actually sit down and think. Often feeling woozy or slightly light-headed, he often thinks himself not hungry, however it's quite the opposite. His sleek pelt is now ruffled from the lack of sleep he gets; tossing and turning with nightmares and secrets unshared.

A loner in my own domain

Sin prefers to stay a loner among his clan, often avoiding large company. Another one of his odd habits is being touched. A common touch on the flank for support or comfort can be taken as a threat to the wary tom. Often a first offense is met with an annoyed look and a hissed warning. A second offense is met with raised hackles and a hostile glare. Not many would dare provoke this tom, though.

Tired yet?

Although his good looks earn him many second glances from the local clan she-cats-and even some from other gangs- he would never dare think of flirting. He's seen where affection's gotten him, and is convinced that it only brings misery. Although he knows that his habits are depriving him of things he needs, he can't bring himself to stop, because that means he'd need to be social... and to relive his past. He is much assured that living in his own little world, away from everyone else, is much safer than actually getting to know someone. Mood swings often dominate the handsome creature's time, sometimes depressed, sometimes angry, and sometimes just lost. Never happy or joyous, however. The best mood you would ever find him in is neutral.

Craven was born to a she-cat named Daggers in the Cleft with two other kittens. One, menacing and evil, Black Rose, the other a gentle and ambuctous tom named Glacier. Their mother was killed after birth by their father, Death of the Black King. Sin was originally named Black Desert Thief Deserted, because he was a Deserter. Sin never asked for the harsh comments about his line, or the beatings the other Novices took out on him. No one really cared, after all, he'd be a traitor anyway! And the brutal beatings from his father, he never asked for those either, they just came; usually every other day. Some of them were so bad he had to stop training for days. He soon became secluded because of this, his only friend being the rambuctious Glacier.

No surprise, he was chosen as a Guardian. He was one of the most muscular and fighting cats in the Gang. The day of his Guardian ceremony his father died, and he thought that he may have some hope of a better life, but no.


He soon found out about his sister's love life through Glacier, and he thought it unwise to meddle in Rose's affairs... you just might end up dead. Apparently he was right. 5 days later, his brother's body showed up on the border. When examined, tortie fur was found under the claws of his brother and friend. Sin was infuriated! He tracked down Rose, threatening her with threats he hadn't even known he knew. He threatened to kill her mate, Capricorn, but learned they now hated eachother. Searching with grudging unacceptance of what was, he looked for any miniscule detail he could use against her.

He found out about her real relationship late one night by spying on the she-cat, and, the next day, killed the tom. Horrified with himself and knowing that heis sister's wrath would unsaciable after this.

He ran blindly, thinking about the eyes of the tom he had killed, the innocent he had killed. He wanted nothing to do with his heritage, but apparently he had truly become a Deserter. He ran, just ran. He slaughtered any cat come across his path, afraid of whom they tell that he was here.

Finally, four months later he came to Under the Zodiac, ragged and unkempt, and from there, his destiny is yet to be decided...
